Your personal data
Contact & early access requests
The project contact form sends your request directly from the site. The waitlist form prepares an email on your device, which you send from your email application. If you send it, the studio uses your contact details, company and message to respond, discuss your project or arrange the demo or early access you requested. Company details are optional. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries. No advertising subscription is created. Personal data rights requests use the separate form below and are sent directly from the site to meet our legal obligation.
How long?
Requests without a project: 12 months after the last exchange. Client projects: throughout the project, then 5 years to defend legal claims (legitimate interest). Accounting records: 10 years after the financial year ends (legal obligation). These periods also apply to accessible copies. Rights requests are handled to meet our legal obligation and kept for 12 months after the last exchange.
Audience measurement & preferences
With your agreement, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits, viewed pages, referring sites, browser and device categories, country and loading performance to help improve the site. It does not use tracking cookies or create advertising profiles. You may decline or withdraw your agreement at any time from the footer, without affecting access to the site or prior processing.
Raw analytics events are kept for 7 days, then sampled statistics are retained; the last six months are available.
Your acceptance or refusal is stored for 180 days in a necessary cookie. The language preference is stored in your browser until you delete them. Form contents are not stored persistently by the site; files you download stay on your device. Fonts are hosted with the site.
Technical services
Only the studio and the hosting, security, messaging and statistics providers receive the data needed for their services. Hosting and security use connection data, including IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site (legitimate interest). Some processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under applicable adequacy decisions or European standard contractual clauses. Information about these safeguards is available on request.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and give instructions for your data after your death. Use the dedicated personal data request form below. We reply within one month; if an extension is necessary, we inform you within that month. You may also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
